Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is First-person Shooter rooted in a fictional, but ultra realistic near-future conflict of mostly American forces with those of the Russian Federation around the globe. The third installment in the Modern Warfare branch of the Call of Duty franchise, Modern Warfare 3 features a heavy focus on multiplayer gameplay which includes innovative new functionality that encourages multiple gameplay combat strategies, a new 2-player co-op option, new play modes, weapons and more. The game also includes a gripping single player campaign that picks up where Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 left off, and game integration with the Call of Duty: Elite online service.
User Review:
First off, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is excellent for people who want a complete, fun multiplayer experience. The number of players is huge, and the variety of maps, guns, and gametypes really increases the value of this game. There is one problem though- lag. I have a pretty fast internet connection at my house, but sometimes the game seems to lag. What I mean is, if you are walking around a corner, see an enemy, and shoot, sometimes your shots may not even touch the other player before you get killed. When viewing the killcam, sometimes your bullets don't even come out of your gun. This has occurred multiple times for me, and it is really frustrating when lag occurs.
Don't get me wrong though, MW3 is still a very compelling and exciting game. With constant updates and map packs, the game will always have something new, so that it does not get boring after a while.
